What can we do with this infomation exatually?
This you can try/succeed in modding campaign by knowing exactly where the objects/everything is to modify.
Basically it's a list of "offsets" instead of "identifiers" that tell you WHERE to modify.
Hope this cleared a few things up.

No one (without a dev kit) has acheived that yet.so can someone make a tutorial on how to mod campaign? i mean im not asking for a noob-interface program but that does kinda look confusing to people and you didnt exactly explain how you use it so if someone could make a tutorial for hex editing campaign recent saves (personal) i think a lota people'd thank ya

This whitepaper is for usermaps, meaning forge variants. You can use this information to mod forge variants, like changing the coordinates where something spawns and such without having to use those programs other people have made.This you can try/succeed in modding campaign by knowing exactly where the objects/everything is to modify.
