This is a server-sided resigner. Also it is a pre-pay resigner, meaning that you pay for it, then they get your money, then they will give it to you. So you just have to wait. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Anyone who payed with paypal can take back their money at any time. If Superasion tries to jip them he'll be contacted by the authorites when his account loses money. People who used PayPal can always get their money back...

If many people have it, Microsoft will send a console update to ban the keypair so all mods signed by the signer will not work anymore. That's why I disagree with the low price.

Of course they won't do it to ban just one keypair, unless it's used on a large scale, but once they get a couple they will most likely roll out an update.
