CHARACTER MOD? is it possible?

I want to make a mod that all the guns will shoot is bipds(grunts, elites, hunters, buggers, gravemind, prophet, birds, fish, flood, floodjuggernaut, cortana,) and unique objects from Campaign Maps(pike, gravity hammer, invisble box, graveminds tentacle, and alot more) or hidden vehicle from Campaign Maps( creep, pelican, and all other vehicles)!

WILL IT WORK OR WILL IT FREEZE MY MAP OR BE OVER THE CAPACITY OF THE MAP? Will any problems occur? Will it be compatible on live?

you cant change what the guns shoot out and you can only put certain things on certain maps
