    NTSC or PAL?

    I am trying to softmod my xbox, and I used the programs given to me on the tutorial, the launcher is labeled PAL and the Linux profile for Splinter Cell is labeled NTSC. I dont know which way to instal, dual disc NTSC or dual disc PAL.

    NTSC- North America (Excluding Canada)
    Pal- Any other place (EX- Europe, England)


    Note- Some NTSC games work on PAL xboxes in England
