I really don't think that is possible. Out of the list of tings on the map, water isnt one of them. <--- Check it out for yourself.

No way. I mod Ghost Town and I've seen every tag and objects you can place. You can't place water on it.

He probably got confused and put the sky or more ground, like on one of the flooded last resorts, where on the beach the sand was higher in one part. Also, i dont see why people want flooded maps, only connection host can see them, so its not like you can play on them, and there only good to look at once, so why download when you can see the pics?

Yea, but the sky on Ghost Town isn't water. It's something similar to The Pit.
