    Editing maps so they will work with Isolence!

    Discovered by The Flying Dutchman.

    First off, for those of you who dont know, Insolence (along with an un-nameable program) previously would not open the following maps. Relic, Gemini, 08a_deltacliffs, and 05b_deltatowers. I cannot tell you why they wouldn't open, but I think it had something to do with the BSP and it's scenario. But since the release of Entity and its proper chunk cloning, this barrier has been overcome.

    Now, you need to open your map in Entity. I will be using Relic (Dune) for this tutorial. If you do not have Entity, you can find it Here

    Once the map is open, navigate to scenariosmultidunedune.

    When you click on the scenario, the Refrence Editor will show you a list of all reflexives linked to the scenario.

    Now, we need to add some chunks to the scenario. To do this, click on any reflexive, and right click. (For this tutorial I am using Starting Equipment, as it is something that will not affect my gameplay.)

    When you right click, you will see a dropdown menu, where you can select "Clone chunk".

    When you select "Clone Chunk" a new form pops up asking for the ammount of chunks to add. I have found that duplicating 5 chunks, will allow you to open any of the four maps. (In Insolence that is.)

    Wait for the dialog box that says done. And Voila! Your map will now open in Insolence.

    Suggestion: When adding chunks, you might want to add them in the prededicated resources, as that will come in handy for system linking issues.
