    Things Needed

    Halo2 Sound Tools
    Sony Sound Forge 8
    shared.map
Mic if you want to put your voice into halo 2

First open up Sound Tools and the map you want to change a sound of
    I will use Headlong.

Now scroll to the dialog and pick something like Flag_Capture
(Note, there are different languages so make sure that what you pick doesn't have any extra letters in it for example..sounddialogmultiplayer_chtflavordouble_kill
that is another language pick the one with only sounddia...multi...flav...DK
i made it short cause i didn't feel like typing all of it)
    Anywho back to the tut
Choose something you hear a lot like slayer, so look for sounddialogmultiplayergamesnamesslayer

now click internalize and it will ask you to locate the shared.map, once you find it click open on it and it will quickly say Done

Now once done you can extract it or leave it, doesn't really matter, but to inject your own sounds click start, all programs Accessories, Entertainment, Sound Recorder
(Note this is for people with mics, if you don't have one, you can't do this and i'd just advise putting a song in or another voice that you can download or something)
Now get your mic (no pictures of a mic for this part) And press the record button the the sound recorder and say something dumb, or smart, who cares, anything you feel like saying.

now click file save as something.wav and open up Sony Sound Forge 8
Once open click file open, and open the sound file that you just recorded or music that you may want to put in.

now you can play around and add effects cause this is a cool program i have to say, or just go to file save as and the file type needs to be Windows Media Audo V9(.wma) once it is that format click save

Now just go back to the sound tools and find the tag that you want to change and click inject and find your newly recorded sound
A box will open up with Option # and Piece #, if it says only 0 then just click ok and find your sound and double click it and a message will appear saying something like You are not 1337 someting blah blah just click ok and it will inject it

Now just Fix Encryption sign it and ftp it to your box.

Sorry quick edit, credit probably does not go to me because i am sure someone made a tut already.
