    Using a advance hex editor and my dev kit. I was able to make the pelican flyable though it is in third person view and is quite hard to see but it works. Screenshots and vid are coming.

    r u shure because last time someone said their was a mod with a flyable pelican but it only had a prowler

    i thought a flyable pelican needed a .map signer?, either way i want to see this lol.

    If you have a Dev-kit, you can make .map mods without them having to be resigned.

    Dev-Kit -- Is it:

    Firmware?
    Software?
    Hardware?

    I know firmware and software refer to same thing.. but can someone answer this for me.. ive been dieing to know.. because i can get it for free if its software.

    dang.. thanks though, now i know to stop looking for it.. lol, btw if anyone with "XPORT" can pm me the shortcut/icon of the XPORT.exe shortcut, it looks the same as XPlorer, but it is blue, and not cruddy

    I would like to use the icon,

    PS: If you have the REAL .exe, please just send that, so i can extract it. thanks
