each user, should get points that they can get stuff with, you should get them for arcade(like back in the day) sig or gaming competitions, or just for staying active. for example, a week of activity gives you 50 points, and so on. with these points, you could by a sig, request a tutorial, request kegens, Etc.

I kinda like the idea. But I dont think we should get points for being active. I think in order to get points you have to do something for the site...
