I was told i am being banned for modding on Halo 3. Bungie said it was for offline purposes, and thats ALL i used it for. Maybe someone transferred my acc and got my map from a friend.. I don't know, but I NEVER gave ANYONE my maps. I NEVER posted it on Bungie, or and affiliate of Bungie.

Im not sure if its Fileshare ban, MatchMaking ban, or Console.. but I don't deserve this. I heard about an explicit image uploaded, that had nothing to do with me. Ive only made "2 Forge Map" mods.. for fun, like target practice..

If you know about a CON Resigner, I do not have one, I do not have any other program other than a Hex Editor, for adding clones to practice on (Snowbound and Avalanche).

If you are going to ban me, please give me one more chance.. I WILL STOP no matter what your response is, i just dont want to get kicked off live more a mistake, and a hacker who got my map(s).

I appologize for anything and anybody involved in this. Please don't ban me.

this was sent to a contact at Microsoft, on my side (defending me), because my father knows him. He is going to show this to his superiors. I also sent it to xbox support, and bungie support. I don't know about the rest of you guys, but id rather mod, and NOT get kicked offline, but since people are starting to beleive in this, im portecting myself. If people do get banned, hopefully i wont.. but im not making mods after that. hazardous
