The following people are being banned from XBL within a month:

Don't believe me here is the story:

Bungie told Anthony to warn everyone not to mod anymore, but only SligStorm, Quickkill, Lt Boso, Shade4510, and Th3 M41n dud3 listened. Microsoft and Bungie asked Anthony for a list of current modders so they can Console Ban.

He made a list and sent it to them last night. He did it supposedly so he wouldn't get in trouble. If you dont belive me, ask Ambio, Pimpin Tyler or even Anthony. They were all rite there when me and Anthony told them.

Also you can ask Natedog he was in party when it was 1st sent.

My conclusion. If everyone starts modding, then you will save these people. You may not like some of them but I know that there is at least 1 person there that you don't want to be banned. So how do we help you may ask. RELEASE THE CON RESIGNER this will cause an overload of modding and will then make it so everyone could mod, meaning better mods will come out and then Bungie won't ban everyone bcause they would lose to much money

Well dude. We ARE modding online, that does break terms of service.
And a console xbox live ban sucks. Hopefully its just halo 3 matchmaking.

as far as I can tell, the only way to stop the banning is for us to say, Bungie if you ban these people we will release the CON signer and then its H2 all over again

dude halo2 was a machmaking modding that ruind it and i cant say cheeting wasnt fun but hardly is it going h2 again... youd need a flashed drive and a .map sighner wich should be leaked before the con.... mainly because shade made it and its non sever but whatever.....

pretty intense. mfone is getting banned and you are releasing an uber mod to make it almost as bad as halo 2.

i talked to william and he said that if u have ur name on any released mod, in the credits or author, u will get banned but if you only have one mod or helped with on mod u wont get as harsh as a punishment as Pimpin tyler and others will.

Well banning them won't make them stop modding. If anything those people should make more and more mods.

dont quote me on this, but i normally host modded things on my filesheare, but today when i checked, twoof them were missing. Is bungie cracking down on the modders?

Also let me say. They cannot ban you for YouTube videos. If they do we SUE bungie. The terms of service don't say anywhere about filming modded content.
