Shad0w and Anthony supposedly sent a list in, with everyone who has ever made and released a mod. And they expect us to belive them.. lol, if we EVER get banned, modding will be the least of their worries.. Their IP will be mass flooded with every available halo 3 booter, and the CON signer is GOING to be released VERY soon. if this ever happens

bungie isnt that stupid. They ban, we release resigner. They will have a bigger problem then.

even if you do get banned, change ur xbox's ip address, they ban ur ip, not console

I don't know where you heard that. Theres multiple levels of an ban for xbox. The smallest being a halo 3 matchmaking suspension. The worst being an eeprom logged ban. The eeprom is unique for every xbox, nice try getting a new one of those. Except its not called "eeprom" in the xbox 360. I cannot remember right now.

Ok but bungie cant ban consoles. UNLESS Microsoft is with them. Then they can. But If they aren't, all Bungie can do is ban you from matchmaking.

I really dont think bungie is going to do anything, I really dont think they planned on doing that much. Becuase really there is no threat to halo as a game, i mean you cant go into matchmaking and mod auto aim and such so whats the big deal. Sure they might not like it but I really dont think this rumor was ever real. I think there was even a thread on this topic not too long ago saying it was a rumor started by some site, i forget though.
