i didnt know where to post this so i though gd would be a safe bet, move it if need be. i would like to know how to make a proxy, one that i can use at school, one that i control. ive tried so many and you cant find or test anything on the school computers. from what ive heard it isnt that hard to do. if anyone can tell me ANYTHING that might help me it would be greatly appreciated. i will continue looking via other means and update if i find what i need or if i find something interesting id like to share.

Does school computers ban proxys automatically, or do they have to do it themselves? If so, Im using this.

because some blocks have filters that block pages that have the work proxy or ip or whatever word the school wants blocked , that why i didn't name it something with proxy in it , but they can also choose individual sites to ban

this happens all the time at my school everytime we find a working one it gets blocked.IT WORKS!my proxy - http://www.NDBlocks.com

its only a php proxy thats why it does not work with all sites , im in the process of making a cgi proxy that should work with all websites
also i will be adding a new domain soon, it cost like $7-$9 a year for a domain so i might buy NDBlocks.net or someting like that , but not now, but soon.

What is a proxy anyway? /noob
A proxy gives you the ability to unblock websites that have been blocked on your computer at school or work. While using a proxy you temporarily change your IP address so that website owners will not be able to trace who has been on their website.
The two main proxy software's are PHProxy and CGI Proxy. You will commonly see these while browsing around for proxy websites.
