The resigner is, as of May 14th, defective with modded forge variants.

This means that you CANNOT mod a forge variant and resign it. There's no point in asking for a link to the site because it is completely useless you are resigning a gamesave.

Yeah. I knew that, before it was going to happen.

It resigns only now. For example.

Someone beats Halo 3 completely, they upload the .CON file of it, and someone else can download it and resign it via that program. It will program your profile ID, and console ID into it, so the second you sign into xboxlive you will gain all achievements for that game.

However, it no longer rehashes. So if you modify a .CON file it will say corrupt and fail. You used as basically an action replay.

im too lazy to beat every single campaign on legendary.
beat the last level to see the "secret (crappy) ending"

i beat the whole thing on legendary, did 2 levels in co-op and during the video thing my friend pressed a button and it goes skipped

I think most people know that already, but it can be used for other stuff instead of forge variants.

Think, if you change something. It will be different. Rehashing makes it look identical to what is was before. As resigning only in this case makes it work on your console and profile

It doesn't work because derived (creator) removed the rehashing, because in under 2 days people were already releasing cruddy halo 3 mods and hurting modders reputation

Anyway, that program never rehashed, I don't think.


But it now does not accept forge variants, Before, if you rehashed, you could load it up, resign, and play your m0dz0r, However not anymore.



Rehashing and Resigning kinda works in unicen.

If you resign, it'll show up, however, i do not thhink it will boot.


If you rehash, it wont do s*** because its not signed, its like trying to boot homebrew

Anyway, i don't think this post is necessary, however, a Con file must be Rehashed and Resigned.
