Disclaimer: It doesn't work for all Audiovox 8910 phones. Basically if the phone does not have an MA directory the games won't work.

    Getting Started:

    1. Install the Curitel driver v4.18, download and run Setup.exe. Curitel Driver attached.

    2. When installing the drivers hit NO for Windows Update driver search and YES for automatically install. (You may have to click 'Yes' on the Windows XP Logo Testing box that continually pops up for each driver it installs)

    3. Once the drivers have installed properly- Download and install BitPim. Get BitPim here

    Connecting your phone:

    4. Power your phone on, leave it unconnected from the cable, and type ##7678 and then the END key. You will get a list of USB options. Choose USB DIAG and hit Okay. Make sure you CLOSE the flip before before plugging the phone in. If you turn off your phone you WILL have to repeat this step. You can now plug in the phone.

    5. Open up BitPim and go to Edit - click on Settings.

    6. Now click Browse beside 'Com Port'

    7. You should see a list of available COM ports including: Curitel (COM #)
Click and highlight "Curitel... COM X" in the available ports section and hit Okay.

    8. All your work will be done in the 'Filesystem' window. Click View at the top of your screen and check 'Filesystem'

    9. A Filesystem tab will appear. Select it and then click the + symbol under "Name". Your phone's directory listing should appear within 5 - 10 seconds.

    10. Obtain both a .jar file and a .jad file for the game you wish to upload.
If you only have the .jar file you can use JadMaker to create the .jad. Its attached.

    11. Click the + sign beside to open up the MA directory.
If your phone does not have an MA directory you are unable to proceed.
It is recommended that you backup your MA directory before proceeding just in case. You can do this by right clicking the MA directory and saving it.

    12. Rename your .jar and .jad files to 10.jad and 10.jar and upload them to the MA directory by right clicking on the MA directory and select New File.

    13. Delete the ContentInfo file which is also in your MA directory.

    14. Reboot your phone and enjoy the game!
