people get so anyoying with all the talk about a flyable pelican it cant happen it wont there is no lvl with a pelecan that you can fly you can get in the back but it doesent give an option to drive

The pelican has no flyable meta tags. You would need to swap metas of a hog like we did in halo 2. Adjust the seat positions based on x,y, z variables. Then adjust the pitch, roll and something to help place the seats in the approximate area.
