When i turn on my xbox there is no dashboard at all it starts up and all i see is the xbox start screen and it just stops and stays there. Until i put in a game and it loads the games fine just no dash.

well I applaud that you tried to add the support topic tag, but you did it wrong,

I think your dashboard is in a inf. loop so it never loads, I would reinstall a modded one

How can i do that cause i cant ftp it over i was thinking slayers thing but i cant get how to get that working

Burn that slayers iso to a CD-RW or a DVD-R then cold boot that from your xbox, it will load then select install modded dash upon it loading
