No its not, it was made using a dev kit. It would be a map mod if it was confirmed.

i dont think it is real . you can only have it with a dev kit or a flashed xbox 360 and the dot map signer...

shade should sighn it with his .map sighner and then release this in a torrent or somthing so we all could play it on are flashed 360's hmmm
