Well i was trying to unmod my old xbox (original) and i accidentaly deleted some stuff on my xbox while FTP'ing it. I can still play games, but only if the disk was already in the tray when i started it, otherwise the eject button turns red. Is there any way to fix this?

You deleted some core MSDash files that handle booting discs. So You could remod, get FTP access. And re FTP MSDash, or just live with it.

Tell me which one, and I'll get your files.

Well if i dont have a disk in, then it doest show the dashboard either. It brings me to the customer supports screen and in the corner it has the error code 21. And actually, the light is blinking red and green.

You need to FTP the MS dashboard to your xbox. If your unable to FTP to your box you'll have to use a slayer disk.

Were all the files in the same folder, you only extract part 1, then it if part 2 and 3 are in the same folder will auto extract those to the same thing, because you can't directly extract part 2 and 3.
