    BSOD Help Needed

    So my friend has asked me to fix his laptop for him, and I cannot determine the problem for the life of me. I am pretty sure that it is a problem with ntoskrnl.exe, but I could be wrong. I have uploaded the minidump for the crash, if you have any ideas as to what is causing the problem, your input would be greatly appreciated. Attached File  New WinZip File.zip   22.59KB   254 downloads

    Can you boot into recovery console?

     

    sfc /scannow

    Turns out that the computer had some nasty rootkit, but I got rid of it and it works like a charm. Thanks though peaches
