This man is like Gandhi, Mandela and Mother Teresa all rolled into one and turned into a Lithuanian man. He's hero, like Jesus but more so. He was quoted as saying "You have to have a sense of humor in my line of work, and I thought that this would be a way of drawing attention to the fact that the city intends to be proactive in it's fight against illegal parking." He then went on to say "Nah, just kidding I really just wanted to roll over a car in a tank, and thought this would be a great way of doing so. It's really just as awesome as I'd hoped." It should also be noted that illegal parking isn't an actual problem in Lithuania.
