    well i was updating my jtag to the new freeboot
    and after i done everything. it turned off. i did the power cable step. and now it has red rings?

    any help

    Yeah, assuming that is a clean dump.

    Then you can re-use that file to make a correct freeboot patch.

    i have another problem
    i can't boot into xell

    i cant open the drive and the console still stays in rrod mode

    That might be a legitimate red ring problem then. Let me ask some people. I'll update this later tonight, or tomorrow morning.
