Has anyone released a program that is capable of extracting the in-game models from a retail Reach .iso? If so, please let me know... It may seem really, REALLY nerdy, but I'm trying to make an ODST helmet with Pepakura Designer 3 and the Halo Reach ODST helmet model, and maybe mess with some other in-game helmets as well.

And I know Reach just came out not that long ago, but I posted a topic similar about Halo 3: ODST and ended up finding a pretty decent program.... I just didn't realize how low resolution the Halo 3: ODST models were... But the Reach model (at least the helmet) seems like it'll work pretty well. And it would be nice to have the helmet attachments as well.

If I remember correctly, the one I had was called "Xtraction" and it pulled out the models in EMF form and I had to get an EMF importing script for 3ds max, and it worked perfectly. Just note that the extractor only works on Vista or 7. I'll find it for you if it's not the same one you had, and if you still want it.

Thats the one I had. I have Windows 7 also. It was also giving me runtime errors when I tried to extract certain things. I couldn't get the master chief or any weapons for some reason. Post it here and Ill see if it's the same one I have.

Seems like other people were having problems with it too, but mine worked perfectly, the extraction and importing worked perfectly.
