Yes they can. Look it up. It was on the news. I don't know if they've perfected it yet but they've got the basic thing.

Not really invisible. If you walked up to it from the wrong direction, you would just see a ton of cameras.

splitting an atom in a controlled environment with tons of equipment is one thing, bending light around an object and have it continue in the same direction while using minimal equipment in a wartime environment that won't screw up when you need it most is completely different.Oh yeah? Well most people thought that the atom was the smallest thing til' they split it. If they can do that, they can make tanks invisible. Either way you said that tanks being invisible was bullshit. I proved you wrong. So. Yeah. **** you.
I don't think using cameras and projectors would make a tank invisible. 1. the cameras would just read the light coming from the projectors and make one side of the tank shiny white 2. you can't believe everything on the internet 3. wouldn't it take a billion cameras and projectors on extended poles so you could have every angle "invisible" plausible?
The concept may be a good idea, but I don't think it would work.

The inventor dude said that the cameras failing would be flaws.
It's not from the internet, it's from the ******* Ministry of Defence.
Also, it ******* works. There is no concept, because it's reality.
