Ouch. Most of our users only come for 1 session or "visit". Those visits are for about
and they stay for around
So I need suggestions that I can use to attract members to stay in less than 4 page views, and under 5 minutes.

dont let them download anything or post anything until they have visited a couple days haha
^If you do this, they will just go to another site^
I'm going to look into a few things.

That is really out of our hands if no one was online.make people feel welcome to the site, i have been on for at least five minutes posted in the chat box twice with no reply. you want people to spend more time on the site? get them talking in the chat box, get topics going places that mean something to a wide variety of people. if you want people to spend time here you gotta occupy their time here. give them something to do.

Notice "In the last hour" Aka, they signed on in the last hour. I for one pop in for 5 or so minutes, to check topics and stuff.
