    I have a question...
    I have 2 xboxs 1 for the online and one(modded) for the offline.

    If I transfer my online account to my modded xbox and I play some games(pirated)(offline) and I earn some gamerscore after that if I retransfer to my main xbox (online) I will get banned or not?

    You might not be banned immediately, unless you played Reach, but its a good chance you'll be reset/banned at one point.
