Because 343 oversees every possible medium for new Halo content, "There's no guarantee that Master Chief's adventure will continue in a videogame" The continuation of Chief's story could potentially be tied to a novel or comic book. But that would seem a disservice to the bulk of "fans who only follow Halo games"

It's likely that we won't get news on the next game in the Halo franchise until after Halo: Reach hits stores in September. "We may not know anything until next year". But at least we can rest assured that Chief won't be stuck in stasis forever

We Might As well Wait Until After Halo:Reach Because Obviously Bungie Want Their Last Not The Last Halo To Go out With A Bang Until All the hype about CoD comes back then Microsoft/343 will obviously leave clues/hints on websites about the continuation of Master Cheif
