Seriously.....Microsoft Made it sound like this 360 is the Omega they said it doesnt have Red Ring Of Death "Kinda" instead its Red Dot Of Death wow i dont feel like purchasing one now they just wanted to compete with the PS3 slim and rushed the designs :

It never did... MS has already said you need a protector, and only an idiot would expect the psu to be surge protected.New powerbrick doesn't protect against power surges lol, so this will be far worse then the rrod. Also this is almost imposible to repair because it will probably fry half the board if it gets a major surge. You would need to replace all the mosfets and stuff to try and repair it which is a heck of a job and probably won't work in the end lol.

The old one did.It never did... MS has already said you need a protector, and only an idiot would expect the psu to be surge protected.

I would like to see proof of that thing survive it, besides, a surge protector cost 5$.The old one did.
I use one just because i don`t have enough power outlets.....
Also, ive never had a surge. EVER.

surge protectors cost like £10... i have a 4way multiplug with surge protection for my tv/consoles, and another for my pc and stuff... no problem. who dosent own a surge protector in this day and age?

No they cost $50 atleast for a good one. Also your house receives around 1600 surges per day on a normal day lol, but then it must take a bigger surge of power to kill it?I would like to see proof of that thing survive it, besides, a surge protector cost 5$.
