The xbox360 version of Gibbed's Mass Effect 2 Save Editor, download from here.
After it finishes downloading drag everything into on folder. After you've unziipped it, obviously. If you don't know how to do that, I recommend googeling it.
le fluffie download is here. It's your basic extractor. Pretty straight forward, you can use anyone you want though. They all work, horizon, whatever you want. Hell you can throw your HDD at your computer, see if that works, I don't care.
Open Gibbed and in the top left you'll see a folder icon click on that and select the folder you put the saves in and pick the file you want to mod and open it in gibbed. Just so yous know, you can't mod auto saves or character saves.
Alright, once you've made the changes you wanted in the upper left hand corner you'll see a floppy disc. Click that and save over the original file. Rehash and Resign.
Then put the save back on your xbox and, bingo bango.
READ THIS SHIT So I've encountered some glitches, the glitch makes the Thanix Cannon upgrade basically unattainable. You can upgrade your ship, the game just doesn't recognize it. So one of your squadmates will die. Fear not though friend I will show you how to mod them back to life. Later not now, probably at the bottom. I think it had something to do with unlocking squadmates early. If you want to do that just click X squadmate is selectable from the henchmen screen. At least I think that's how you do it. Been awhile. By the way, "henchmen" makes Shepard sound like a comic book villain.
So it should look something like this. From here you can mod basic stuff. Hehehe, 58 probes.
Modding weapons, ammo count and removing weapons
First, go to the raw tab, look for squad, then below that you'll see player with a + sign next to it. Click on that and scroll down to Weapons Click on the weapons and there will be a square with three dots in it, it will show up in the right of Weapons click on it. There you can change the ammo for your weapons by changing the number. You should remember that the heavy ammo should be placed in the ammo used box. Not sure why.
Now to change your weapon you need to know what the weapon is called in the save editor and change the name in 2 different fields: under the weapon menu and in the "Loadout" menu.
Now if you want to change your weapon you need to know what the weapon is called in gibbed and change that name in two fields. Under the weapon menu, and in the Loadout menu.
You can also force the weapon you want over any weapon. Go >Raw>Player>Appearance>Loadout. They all have Unknown something next to them Unknown 1 is the assault rifle. Unknown 2 is the shotgun. Unknown 3 is the Sniper Unknown 4 is the SMG Unknown 5 is the pistol and Unknown 6 is the Heavy weapon.
SFXGameContent_Inventory.SFXWeapon_SniperRifle

Scroll down to Weapons and on the right side of it there will be that box again.
Find the weapon you replaced in loadout again in weapons menu and put one of those in it but put it in like this. SFXWeapon_GethPulseRifle
Don't put SFXGameContent_Inventory. it won't work if you do.
How to add an extra power to your character

You have copied the mesh into the right place, all that is left to do is copy the correct texture codes into the correct place otherwise your hair will look very strange.
To change the hair texture code, below 'Hair Mesh' next to 'Texture Parameters', it will say '(Collection)'. Click on the word and on the right there should be a box with an ellipsis (...) in it. Click on that. A new window should come up with all the different texture codes. For the non-standard hair style you have used you only need to replace the _Diff and _Norm codes, don't worry about the _Mask and _Tang. If you look next to the numbers [4] and [5] on the left, there should be HAIR_Diff = ... and HAIR_Norm = ... These are the textures you need to change. Click on 'HAIR_Diff = ' to start with.
On the right there should be the Name -> HAIR_Diff and Value -> BIOG_HMF_HIR.. etc.
All you need to do is copy and paste the Value code of the following corresponding textures codes of which non-standard hair mesh you replaced earlier. Do the same for the _Norm code.
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Mom.HMF_HIR_Mom_Norm
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Sexy.HMF_HIR_Sxy_Norm
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Cyberbabe.HMF_HIR_Cyb_Norm
For the Mowhawk, you will need to also replace the Scalp: _Diff, _Norm, and _Mask codes because you are exposing the scalp textures as well.
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Mohawk.HMF_HIR_Mhk_Diff
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Mohawk.HMF_HIR_Mhk_Norm
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Mohawk.HMF_HIR_Mhk_Scalp_Diff
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Mohawk.HMF_HIR_Mhk_Scalp_Norm
BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Mohawk.HMF_HIR_Mhk_Scalp_Mask
How to get the Illusive mans eyes
Go to Raw tab
Squad > Player > Appearance > Morph Head >
Texture Parameters.
Open the Texture Parameters list.
Add the two new entries as follows:
code:
Name: EYE_Diff
Value: BIOG_HMM_HED_PROMorph.IllusiveMan.HMM_HED_PROIllusiveman_Eye_Diff
code:
Name: EYE_Spec
Value: BIOG_HMM_HED_PROMorph.IllusiveMan.HMM_HED_PROIllusiveman_Eye_Spec
Then go to Vector Parameters
Change "EYE_Iris_Colour_Vector" name to "Emis_Color" (without the quotes) and then change the color values
Equipping armor in gibbed
What you do is go into Raw, then squad, player ect like you've been doing you'll see Arm ID, Helmet ID, Leg ID, Shoulder ID and Torso ID, in that order. I don't know why, don't ask. 0 is the N7 gear. There are four different types of armor, in the vanilla game anyway.
1 will change
Chest to Capacitor Chestplate
Shoulder to Amplifier Plates
Arms to Stabilization Gauntlets
Legs to Simulator Conduits
2 will change
Chest to Aegis Vest
Shoulders to Strength Boost pads
Arms to Heavy Dampening Gauntlets
Legs to Life Support Weave
3 will change
Chest to Shield Harness
Shoulders to Asymmetric Defense Layer
Arm to Off hand ammo pack
Legs to Ordnance pack
One last thing, if you haven't bought the armor, if you go into the character customization screen and click over what ever armor you have on it will revert back to default. IE N7.
Some accessory meshes
Accessories, I've never used these myself so, I'm not sure if they'll show up. I'd assume you put them in the accessory mesh.

See I wasn't lying here's how to mod your squad back to life
No, I didn't get Garrus killed, this is for the demonstration.
So you'll see "Garrus is dead" is checked so uncheck that. And you'll see "Garrus is selectable" is unchecked so check that.
Now it should look like this.
Big change eh?
So, that's about it. This was my first tut and it's five am and I'm tired. If you have a problem with the way I wrote it, **** you. I'm going to bed.
