Where would the best place to buy them be?

Anytime you take a jtag onto xbox live, its not a matter of weather its MP or SP. You'll be banned in due time.

Depends what games you plan on modding. If you plan on hosting a stupid modded cod lobby and then getting banned you'll need x programs. If you want to mod halo you'll need y programs.
