This is a brand new jailbreak relised reacently it can jailbreak and device new model or old it dosent delete anything in the divice you can download here:http://spiritjb.com/ all you have to do is right click make it compatable with windows 98 and run as admin and click jailbrak. i have just tested on my iphone 3gs 3.1.3 with mc model and it worked like a charm.
