As of now, I have confirmed the fact that some games have been patched.

When I tested these saves I used an updated xbox, but never an updated game

So I would use the current dash version, but then play a disc copy without connecting to live and updating it, so thus I was playing an outdated game. It seems Left 4 Dead is the only one that has been patched. If you are experiencing issues on other games, then its your fault.

hopefully Bungie doesn't learn that patch for reach because there will be 3 dlcs

1. Recon helmet (Get game on same day as release)
2. Honor Guard Armor (Buy the limited version)
3. Flaming helmet effect (Buy the collector's version)

When I get the game Ill upload the Recon helmet and Honor Guard Armor

but someone else will have to upload the flaming effect (unless my friend gives me his code, which then Ill just upload that too)



but with Valve finding a way to patch it, it might not be possible for Reach

I plan on getting the Legendary Edition of Reach so i will upload the flaming effect.

But it sucks that Valve patched the baseball bat file so u can only use the pre-order code to get it.

You must change IPs. It logs the current IP each time, so you must be switching computers, or have a very picky dynamic IP.

Hey why dont you calm down. The content files are signed to the console that owned the file so basicly the gold weapons for gears of war 2 are shit. They wont work. If you know how to make it work why dont you help out.

These files aren't like that at all


that content is already in the game (thats why people without it can still see it)
it just needs the correct file in the right spot to work

The only one that doesn't work is the baseball bat

and I gave the halo wars dlc and sgt johnson to my friend and both work

Did you do a license transfer with him yes or no. Cause the shit wont work for me. If you can get it to work why dont you post a tut. help others out. I also put it in the folder it says for Gears of war 2 and it doesnt work no gold weapons so explain that hot shot. gears 2 content is patched thw WaW ones work but no gears

can anyone tell me how to do this right. cause i seem to be doing it wrong. i did what it said to and plain old put it in content and didnt change ids, its not working for gears, halo wars, or waw. plus how do i go about helping out cause i pre order pretty much all games i get. plus i usually get limited edition as well. for instance, i pre ordered, new Vegas, fable 3 and halo reach, with the most expensive version for each.
