What it does is universalize the colors of Tint 1, Tint 2 and Pattern Color into 41 different colors. So those of you that really wanted to be able to have certain colors only available on one slider, now you can have the same on all. This allows some neat schemes. For example, for a Cerberus look-alike scheme, White Tint 1, Yellow Tint 2, and Black Pattern w/ Pattern 2 (the stripes) looks great.
It also adds a number of casual appearances for both males and females, bringing it to a total of 31 each. There are other mods that does this, but I tried to clean up some of the bugged or clipping ones, such as the Illusive Man's clothes, which had a hole in the chest, as well as the two VI-"clothes" and a low-res lab coat.
As a side-effect of being my personal Coalesced.ini when I started to work on this, it also includes a mod that increases the duration and regeneration of sprint. It does not give you infinite sprint, but it does increase it - in non-combat situations, it is increased a lot.

There are some minor overlapping amongst the colors. All colors are technically unique, but some are very close to each other. Don't be fooled, though.
