    Based on the interview they said these Spartans were not as strong as the Spartan # (that I don't know) that were featured as the Master Chief. These soldiers must adapt their armour to survive, thus they have armour adaptions otherwise known as perks.

    yes i heard also that all power ups / equiptment are gone and now are things you pick up that alow you to sprint/ perks

    They are not as strong as the Spartan II but they still do pack a punch.
