We have an XBOX 360 and the controller that came with the game became defective within the warantee time frame.

I called the Microsoft tech support and they promised that they would ship a replacement.

    They didn't.

So I called them back and the call center promised again that they would ship a replacement.

    They didn't.

So I thought I would give posting my experience here for a try and see if anyone can offer some tips to resolving my problem.

Did you upgraded to Management, when talking to the Indian staff who just reads everything from a booklet?

I would post on the xbox.com Support Forums, it seems stuff there is in the public view so they try their best to make sure everything is well.

I think Harte Hanks got the contract to do this sort of technal support for Microsoft and they are based in Austin, Texas.

That makes sense. I do not recall them reading bacy my address.

I just called them at 800-469-9269. The recording said they are closed so I will call again in the morning. The recording also said that there is some place to check the status online. Does anyone know about that?

I think this time I will ask for thier names and be sure to ask for a supervisor.
