STD/Infected Title for mw2

I've seen lots of questions about it. So I've taken the chance to find out about it.

You obtain the "STD Title" for knifing a person, who currently is using the STD title.

(A smart cookie would ask, how did anyone get it then? Anyone part of Infinity Ward crew had it and went into MP, thus a few randoms got it unintentionally, and now is slowly spreading)

You obtain the "Infected Title' for allowing someone who is using the "Infected Title' to knife you.

(I don't play this game, so anyone of my info could be wrong. Please correct me)
