I don't think there have ever been system updates signed to a specific console because when they are made, it is for mass distribution.
They aren't specifically assigned, there's just a white/black list system.
either through the watermark or;
They take the console ID's of the people they give the update to on a white list(that's why they ask for your console ID). If you do this update, when you access LIVE, you give the servers your IP and MAC addresses along with Console ID, kernel number, dash version among other stuff (ie, if you are on an older version, when you attempt to update, that's how it knows you need to update). It stores all this data on server. For the serial ID's that AREN'T on the white list, they become blacklisted. This blacklist's punishment is usually some kind of ban. There (generally) is a yearly console banning wave in or around November-December so the kids get a new one for x-mas.

This update includes the Zune software and the Twitter and Facebook apps for the 360. There may be more updates than that but I am looking forward to the Zune App
I don't use Facebook or Twitter and I don't have a Zune this update is irrelevant to my interest's.
