IDK if everybody will consider it a bug but i thought i would post it any way

so when i change my avatar and select:

 
Your image avatars

* Upload a new image from your computer
 

and if its animated it wont upload animated

but if i upload to an image hosting site i.e. tinypic

then put the url in

 
Your image avatars

* Enter a URL to an online avatar image
 

it will work

and sry about bad grammer

I think the image uploader here might clean the image too much and then the animation no longer works.

EDIT: The problem is that is auto re-sized the image as it uploads, thus loosing the animation.
