why do other people - rep other members for no reason it make me mad that when people to it to me or others for just 1 little post correcting them so can anyone tell me?

In my opinion, no one likes being corrected over the Internet. When you're in a forum or blog, most of the time it's about voicing your opinion, they don't want to see "you spelled that wrong" everytime there's a spelling mistake, or they explain it wrong.

There should be a system where all rep has to be approved.

See, I'm older than you, and you flame the first guy to give you an answer. A perfect example of why -REP is required. It shows which people contribute, and which people who are assholes.
