    I have a food "intolerance" (politically correct for allergy) and the disease is called "Celiac's Disease" Basically an intolerance to the protein substance "gluten". If I accidentally consume gluten, my intestines basically fail and stop accepting nutrients for up to a week or so, which is why I'm considered "malnourished" even though I'm perfectly healthy and very active and never ran into any problems.
