A Mod shouldn't jsut close it unless it's flame. Let the member have like 2-3 hours to reply to it first. It's unfair otherwise.

It's not your place to come up with random rules and hope someone will enforce them. Read my reply, and you shouldn't have a problem at all. Decatur didn't necessarily approve of the rule that you said he did.
Point being, don't create rules blindly. Send them to someone for approval or something.
