Is anyone else excited for this game? If you don't know what it is, go to youtube or google it.

Basically it's a 3rd person shooter and what's really cool about it is that you can use things called Tectonic Grenades to change the landscape around you. Pretty much you just throw them and they'll land and a giant mound will form that you can use to your advantage. There are other types of grenades that lower the ground and even ones that make a giant pillar shoot out.

Yeah. The grenades are definitely the coolest ones I've ever seen. I was watching the videos, then I was really surprised to see that it was lucasarts who was making it. But now I'm scared because lucasarts is making it .

But I trust them.

I can't wait for it to come out in the summer!

Here's a long video filled with plenty of gameplay! The ai looks a bit iffy, but I think that they're still fine tuning the game a bit and maybe this is just on the easy setting or something.

It looks like they changed the character's appearance a little (I think he looks much cooler) and they added a part to a gun so you can shoot as well as throw grenades to change the terrain.

It better not be in 3rd person that whole time. Gears was like not 3rd, but not first. I can't take 3rd person games. I loved how he changed the ground we a grenade. That could be a fun multi-player experience. The computers look a tad dumb. As you said, might be easy. I hope its more of involved game with extra stuff.

Overall, above average. Have to play it, to give any more detail.

What's cool is that Day 1 Studios (i think thats what they're called) actually brought in retired military instructors and veterans to talk about how much terrain effects battles.

When I saw the game first, I thought that the terrain features could get annoying. But since they brought in those people to tell them about how important the shape of the terrain is to a soldier and to help in the game, I think it'll be amazing.

And what you don't see in that video is that the character actually will have the guns hooked on his back. It looks like when he switches guns he pulls them out of nowhere, but it'll be alot like halo where he has his guns on his back.

ya i checked out the site, this game looks sick, i might actually buy it when it comes out ( even though i'm saving for a new phone)
