Oh, I see what you mean, I was looking at the decompressed file.
I made a quick app. Only use this for these saves, or it will error. Also, make sure you are using a file extracted from its container. Use wxpirs of w/e.
Put this in your System32 folder.

This is a command line tool. There are two paramaters. 0 -> [ztool] - to initiate the app. 1 - > [filename] the name of the file.
To use open cmd, go to the dir of the tool and use the params. It should look like something this :
[...(dir of tool)] [ztool] [filename] ex in cmd:
C:\Users\unknown\Downloads>ztool save.bin
Placing if you don't put anything before the filename it will assume the file is in the dir of the tool. It will create a folder with the decompressed and compressed blocks.
For future reference would anyone mind posting the xex? This seems like a challenge.
