He's 11, and you're meant to be 13+ to play...
Real-life trading is not allowed...
He isn't going to get his stuff back
And what kind of **** gives out his username and password for "something rare"?!
The kid deserved it. Paying $140 on runescape is, in my opinion, sad. I do believe he is one of theese people with no life, no offence

Everyone in here above me is an asshole (except Quinn). You should go die in a corner. Who cares if he wanted to buy that stuff, you guys hack xbox live accounts.
It would only take one of us to report you, and you would be screwed.
Edit: @minaturvat, Your saying an 11 year old that plays Runescape has no life, when yet, you yourself hack xbox live accounts.

He went to a phishing site.
Under the belief that it was a clan site, and it looked legit, and he is 11

He isn't "old enough" to play runescape.
Real life trading isn't allowed.
Clearly he is in the wrong and there is a reason why he isn't getting his stuff back.

Also, the TOS clearly encourages players to avoid exactly what had happened here.
The kid did something stupid, but the trickster shouldn't have done what he did morally.
The news most definitely had better things to concern themselves with in this world.
Slip's accusations are highly contradictory to his previous actions, and as such many people probably won't subscribe to them. As far as their merits, I'd agree that what was done was wrong, but at the end of the day the entire purpose of a joke is to bring a little happiness for a moment.
Just my thoughts.

He's stating facts
He isn't "old enough" to play runescape.
Real life trading isn't allowed.
Clearly he is in the wrong and there is a reason why he isn't getting his stuff back.
So your saying that he doesn't deserve pity, so what? You doing boosting in Halo, CoD whatever is the same as him buying items, This doesn't justify saying that he deserved it.

How would you feel if your account had over over 10,000 MSP worth of content, and someone just took it?
Nobody would just 'take it'.
I am not stupid enough to go on a phishing website and give away my details to get money for an online game.
At least he learned from this. Or did he?
I'm not saying he deserved it. What the other guy did was still wrong, but if the kid isn't smart enough to keep his account, then I can't have sympathy.
