With noclip on go in to the middle where the fountain is and you get a press x to mount option. Quite interesting, under the couch on the stairs there are 8 or so mounted machines.

That's why he said "with no clip on". No clip allows you to fly through solid animate objects, such as walls. Theres a tut right here if you want to know.
