If you understand how to mod the new maps, simply rename a campaign map to a new map name. Then place it in the correct spot, resign and transfer.
I believe that should work, if not I think we might need to use xzodia's SP to MP program.

have to use SP to MP before trying to run as multiplayer. if not the map will still try to pull from singleplayer_shared.map
