    Ive Been trying to make a better looking GUI with the DevComponentsDotNetBar2.dll and i keep geting this error when i try to Debug it...

    Did you copy it to your references?

    Make sure DevComponents.DotNetBar2.dll is in your references, and also Clean your Solution and Build directories.
