Mattyovers decided to "hack" the achievements for the game Halo 3:ODST, which was to be released sometime in September 2009. Making them publicly viewable worldwide, he was questioned by a news reporter in his local city, as well as on Xboxic (link above), by a man by the name of Jason Andrews. In short note, Mattyovers was in beleif that because no where in the Microsoft/Xbox ToS (Terms of Service) did it mention unlocking unachievable achievements was not allowed, and that Microsoft could not legally do anything about it. He also so boldy clarified that if I am banned, I will leak more achievements.

Good job Mattyovers, you have been banned, and your site was forced to be taken down. I hope you beleive you accomplished something, because you definitely pulled a stupid move.

I do too, he ruined the game for alot of us, and completely got a good site shut down (whether or not it was his in the first place).

I mod the 360 and it's games, but I would never mod a game that isn't released, that's just 100% retarded.

Well, not publicly share/leak the information about it. Modding is supose to be fun, your bringing more fun to games and leaking achievements may be fun for some and cool for others, but it mainly hurt Bungie's new game (in a way) and to other modders that believe what I just said, it makes him out to be

I partially agree, but he didn't accomplish anything. This is all readily available on BS, NRU, X360C and Xbox360-Content. Utilizing a partially private tool to get himself banned, :/...

the only reason you dont support him is that the game isnt released? yet you made programs to try and improperly unlock achievements and personally leak supermodders sawces which were to unlock achievements, and yet you are telling us that he ruined xbox live?

He didnt ruin xbox live, modders who mod stuff online do, which, if im not mistaken, is perty much every xbox 360 modder

Okay, I'm partially confused. He hacked achievements which tons of people do. People hacked Halo 3 achievements before they were released, they hacked Halo 3 mappack achievements before they were released, so whats the differences?

I believe game-tuts made Modio, and Modio was stolen research that I heard, so I guess I support that being taken down.

TBH don't give shit about leaking.

Things get leaked very single day, Movies (Wolverine), Games (ton of Halo 3 stuff before it was out), Music, etc, etc.

Bungie failed me as a game company when they created Failho 3. So anything that is going to like mess up their plans is good.

Microsoft for breaking Breakbox 360, helping them realise how shit they are.

Im probably taking the blame for the site being closed down, I'm getting a few messages on my Gamertag about it, which are just being deleted. I didn't in know way expect my story to have such a huge impact on that site.
