Can we make some changes to it?
Like Website Construction and Tech Coding Tutorials could be the same, because HTML, php, css are used in webssite creation.
Computer Support and Computers could be in the one thing.
Video Editing and Media could also be in the on thing.
I get confused where topics go even with the descriptions.

Anything related to support will be deleted and will become the "Help Desk"
As for the rest of them, I think we should expand a bit on the programming side of things and simplify the forums (Video Editing and Media) Like you said.
I've got a nice long nice of changes now that I'll pass by the community soon.
