Basically it just extracts the actual audio files from the music on your 360 that you've ripped from CDs and such. The music files are located in Partition 3\mindex\media\0000. Just extract the files, pop em in here, and it'll give you the WMA file. Pretty simple little tool o.o

Half about hour ago I had a random urge to rip all the music I had on 360. 25 minutes ago I had this tool.
Basically it just extracts the actual audio files from the music on your 360 that you've ripped from CDs and such. The music files are located in Partition 3\mindex\media\0000. Just extract the files, pop em in here, and it'll give you the WMA file. Pretty simple little tool o.o

Nope, it reads what the 360 has down for it's info.

Now make a tool that lets you put music on to your Xbox's HDD that you've already ripped on your PC to MP3 format with the LAME encoder
I don't like having to re-rip all my CDs onto the Xbox.
